Mindful Meditation

East West Health Centre Practitioner, Sylvia Reitsma, took up meditation in a very busy time of her life, and immediately found it useful in settling her restlessness and impatience. She found that all aspects of her life benefitted from meditation, including managing the effects of injuries, pain and surgeries.

Sylvia teaches mindfulness meditation in techniques that only require 10 to 15 minutes per day (longer sessions if you wish).

Meditation has the ability to rebalance and recharge the body at a cellular level, thus supporting healthy living even in the midst of a busy or challenging life
